How do I restore my Iphone when my pc won’t recognize it?

I jailbroke my Phone. A few days later the phone quit charging via usb. I tried the erase all content and setting to do a “manual unjailbreak” After I erased my content my phone got stuck on the spinning wheel of death and my pc STILL won’t recognize my iphone. HELP!!

are you able to turn it on and off? If so put the phone into DFU mode
connect phone to pc or mac
then turn off phone like normal
hold power on/off and home key at the same time for 10 seconds
after those 10 seconds release lock/power on off while still holding home
a prompt should come up stating a device in recovery has been detected
either install fresh or install the ipsw manually ( if you have one )

let it restore and it should work
