Iphone 3g apps…standalone or webapps?
Thinking about getting an Iphone 3g….
But, my biggest conccern is if these wonderful apps everyone talks about are all just webapps, and you can’t access them without internet, or do you can get standalone versions?

There’s a difference between webapps and itunes appstore applications.
Frankly , webapps are crap! It’s the appstore application that everyone is talking about. They are accessible via itunes or by the Phone itself.
Webapps dont work without internet connectivity and they dont get installed on the phone while appstore apps do …
Also, webapps are cheaply designed and sometimes work or else dont while proper appstore apps are distributed by Apple and they are paid ones and free ones but both are work and fit perfectly on the device.
