How do you find new Iphone Apps?

Do you use the App Store through iTunes, do you just hear about them, or do you Google search for reviews etc?

I use the app store from my Phone, and look through the featured ones and then look through all the categories. I think I got most of mine from the genius part of the featured apps section, though.
