Is there anywhere to get T-mobile Phones for cheap without a 2-yr contract?

My family is thinking of switching to a T-mobile family plus plan. The only problem is, since it’s not on a 2-yr contract, the phones are very expensive. Is there anywhere to get them cheaper, online or in a store, without agreeing to the contract?

The only thing to really watch out for is, buy phones designated for T Mobile if you want to be positive it will work. Some phones from AT&T may work, as well as unlocked ones, but you’re safest with the “official” ones.
