Is there anywere you can get HTC Phones on 12 month contract?

i really want a HTC Phone but on a 12 month contract is it possible, and is there any links you could send me ?

I reduced my contract term from 2 years to 18 months by paying a cash sum up front for it; it worked out at a massive saving over the term and I guess you could do the same for a 12 month contract. I got the Desire from T-Mobile, have a look at their website – it will probably show it on there.
