How can i make my apps on my iphone work?

I update my iphone to 3.1.2 and after when i tried opening all my apps none of them work. It starts like it normally does but a second late it jumps back to my homescreen. Before i updated the phone all my apps were working just fine. So if anybody knows how to make them work please help me!! =] thanks

Try re-starting your Phone by holding down the sleep button and the home button at the same time until the phone turns off. Wait a few seconds and then turn the phone back on. If that doesn’t work, bring the phone in to AT&T or make an appointment with an Apple genius.
