So, in the case of No Contract Cell Phone Plans, you can shop around for the phone that you want and you can also make a choice regarding the number of minutes that you would like to pay for. It is always better to have the choice in your hands so that you would be able to decide what is best for you. Also, you would only be paying for the services that you want and would not be forced to pay for other services as well. This is not possible if you take contract plans.
