Is Sony Ericsson Vivaz pro a good Phone for texting?

Does its touch screen sensitive enough? Is it true that the keyboard is so sensitive that it would break when it’s suddenly cold or hot? You know, like when are outside and come inside! I like the phone but I want to know if it’s worth buying.

The touch screen is a good one, but it is resistive and not capacitive. This means that you need to apply a little more pressure to get it to respond, but if you just use the tip of your fingernail it works fine. As far as the keyboard breaking due to temperature changes, that is not even slightly true, I live in northern Sask, we get like -30 to -40 weather and everyone I know with this phone has not had a problem.
